Chadd Gibson
Owner
Chadd has been with Gibson Painting Group since 1993. He has extensive knowledge about painting and construction that has helped the company evolve into who we are today.
He is married to his wife, Angela, and they have 4 children. Outside of work, Chadd enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and traveling.
Lexi Taylor
Chief Revenue Officer
Lexi Taylor serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Gibson Painting, where she provides strategic leadership focused on growth, client relationships, and long-term business success. With a strong understanding of market strategy and brand positioning, Lexi works closely with teams across the organization to align revenue goals with operational excellence. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, data-driven decision-making, and commitment to building sustainable partnerships that support Gibson Painting’s continued growth.
Matt Marks
Chief Operating Officer
Matt has spent much of his life in the painting industry, getting his start at just 14 years old. After more than a decade honing his skills, he took time to explore other opportunities before returning to his roots in April of 2021. Today, he’s proud to serve as COO at Gibson Painting Group, where he keeps projects running smoothly and helps the team deliver top-quality work every day. Matt is known for his easy-going leadership style, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to making sure every customer has a great experience.
When he’s not at work, you’ll find Matt spending time with his wife, Angie. They’ve been married for 16 years and have raised four amazing young men, now ages 24, 24, 22, and 19. They love traveling, getting together with extended family and friends, and making the most of life’s adventures. A proud Lafayette native, Matt still calls the community home — and wouldn’t have it any other way.
Our Administrative Team
Amanda Rosich
Head Of Scheduling
Amanda began her career as a painter, working part-time during summer and winter breaks while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree at Iowa State University. During her senior year, she also worked part-time as a Sales Associate at Sherwin-Williams, gaining valuable experience in both hands-on painting and customer-facing roles. After graduating from Iowa State University in May 2023, Amanda relocated to Lafayette and continued working with Sherwin-Williams before joining Gibson Painting approximately a year later.
Her combined background in painting and paint retail has been instrumental in her role as Head of Scheduling, providing her with a strong foundation in jobsite practices, effective customer communication, and product knowledge. This expertise allows Amanda to confidently discuss schedules, color selection, and product options with clients. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering at her church, running, drinking coffee, line dancing, and watching a wide range of sports—particularly professional tennis. A self-described adrenaline seeker, Amanda has been skydiving twice and hopes to go bungee jumping in the future.
Andy Yerk
Lead Estimator
Andy has been a valued member of the Gibson Painting Group team since 2004, bringing decades of hands-on experience in painting and construction to the company. He spent 15 years working in the field and has personally remodeled two homes, giving him a deep, practical understanding of jobsite operations and project execution. This extensive industry background plays a key role in his work, allowing him to support projects with insight, efficiency, and a strong appreciation for quality craftsmanship.
Andy has been married to his wife, Morgan, for 18 years, and together they have three children, Evan, Brayton, and Avery, as well as two dogs, Roxy, a corgi, and Sammi, a mixed breed. Outside of work, Andy enjoys sailing as a member of the Eagle Creek Sailing Club, following baseball, and spending time with his family.
Greg Sandhage
Commercial Sales
Greg joined Gibson Painting in September 2024 as Business Development Director, bringing a diverse background across architecture, creative services, and broadcast media. Prior to joining the team, he worked with an architectural firm, spent 25 years as a partner in a creative firm, and enjoyed a six-year tenure at FOX TV. This broad experience allows Greg to connect effectively with clients and brands, helping them align strategy, collaboration, and execution to move projects forward with purpose.
Outside of work, he volunteers with a local food pantry and enjoys playing golf during the summer months. As a fun fact, in his twenties Greg worked as a wedding DJ and estimates he DJ’d nearly 400 receptions, noting that while he was good, he probably was not quite Adam Sandler level.
Hayden Best
Shop Manager
Hayden Best serves as Shop Manager at Gibson Painting, where he plays a vital role in keeping operations running efficiently and safely. With a strong attention to organization, maintenance, and workflow, Hayden ensures equipment, materials, and shop processes are always ready to support the field teams. Known for his reliability and problem-solving mindset, he takes pride in maintaining a well-run shop that helps projects stay on schedule and crews work at their best.
Misty Knoth
Office Manager
Misty has been with Gibson Painting Group since 2023. Her knowledge of office management and organizational skills have been very valuable to our office.
Misty is married to her husband, Brian, and together they have 4 children, 1 dog, and 1 cat. Outside of work, Misty likes to be outdoors, exercise, and spend time with friends and family.
Seth Ratcliff
Residential Sales
Seth has been with Gibson Painting Group since 2023. He has previous painting experience which has been extremely applicable to the sales process.
Seth is married to his wife, Ciera, and they have two children. In his free time, Seth coaches wrestling, enjoys fishing, and spends time with friends and family.

Brian Knoth serves as a Construction Project Manager at Gibson Painting, where he is recognized for his strong organizational skills, clear communication, and commitment to delivering successful projects. With a detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach, Brian oversees projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, quality, and expectations are consistently met. He works closely with clients, crews, and partners to keep projects running smoothly and takes pride in creating an efficient, collaborative environment that supports both the team and the client experience.
